3. Payments and Subscriptions

All purchases are subject to our current pricing. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

Digital courses and downloadable materials are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 15% of the content. After this period, refunds are granted only at the discretion of SereneStream Clay Lab management.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) upload or distribute viruses or malware; (c) impersonate another person or entity; (d) reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform any course content without written permission; or (e) post content that is defamatory, obscene, or harassing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including course videos, illustrations, texts, and designs, remains the exclusive property of SereneStream Clay Lab or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal educational use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

SereneStream Clay Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
